managing teams, client interactions and preferably with a background in architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
The candidates should possess
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Team Handling Experience
- Architecture background is a plus
- Own mode of transportation

We are looking for a Sales Executives for our Real Estate Segment to drive the sales from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Residential Real Estate, Corporate Real Estate experience would be appreciated
- Must be well versed with builders and channel partner process
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM software would be appreciated
- Must have own vehicle
